Jose truly is an Artist and uses only the highest technology to ensure the quartz was cut correctly. I had 2 waterfalls installed as you can see from the photos and couldn’t be happier.

He clearly explained the various steps in the process and what additional costs could be involved depending on the condition of the subfloor. We just remodeled our kitchen, and Optimum did the tile, backsplash and countertops as well as new basboards throughout the house. We had issues with our cabinet installer and drywall guy so we were super stressed and waiting for the next thing to go wrong. We could not have been happier with the job they did. Every single worker was super friendly and knowledgable and Joe is the epitome of what a business owner should be. He answered the phone every single time I called him and made sure we were taken care of even when it meant sending guys back with no notice to pull up tile due to an error by someone else. We will definitely be using Optimum when we remodel our bathrooms, and I will highly recommend them to everyone.
