Optimum Home Solutions, LLC is the exclusive labor division for our retail showroom located in Queen Creek, AZ. Our team meets with the clients, designs the projects, provides the estimates, contracts the required labor, and quality inspects the jobs to insure they meet our standards.
Do you need to fill your scheduling gaps or take on more work?

- Projects estimated off of your price sheet. No bids to send, pay rates are set. No need to negotiate or haggle.
- Easy access to layouts, photos, and work order documentation after scheduling.
- Work primarily in the East Valley. Example: Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Etc.
- Scheduling to meet your availability.
- Contractor Commissions. Products through our retail showroom at a discounted rate for your own clients. Send your clients in to browse our selections, and earn a profit.
- Get paid quickly (typically within 72 hours of an inspected project).

We are looking for plumbing subcontractors that specialize in kitchen & bath reconnects, gas cooktop reconnections, and shower modifications during a bathroom remodel. Other plumbing opportunities are available to our clients depending on what services you can offer.
You must have an ROC# in the state of Arizona. We only use licensed contractors. You will also be required to carry both general liability and worker’s compensation insurance policies.

Job Type: Contract Piece Rate.
Pay: Paid based off a price sheet provided by your company. (We bid the labor for you depending the scope of work when possible.)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday is preferred.
- Weekends (optional, never expected)
Experience:
- Subcontractors must carry an Arizona Contractors License for the services performed.
Other Requirements:
- Currently insured for General Liability AND Worker’s Compensation OR Willing to obtain both prior to working with our company.
Work Location:
- Typically East Valley residential homes.
