Optimum Home Solutions, LLC is an East Valley based general contractor and material showroom looking for an estimator/project manager that will work on numerous jobs and coordinate with homeowners or contractors from start to finish throughout the project. This position provides the applicant the opportunity to be part of a company that focuses on giving our clients the best customer service and quality possible.
Job Duties & Responsibilities.
- Meet with customer to create an outline for the project, including layouts and design using products chosen in our retail showroom.
- Take onsite measurements using dedicated software and gather job site data.
- Communicate with customer to set budgets and expectations for the project.
- Coordinate bids/estimates from trade partners, including building relationships to obtain the lowest prices on our projects.
- Compile cost breakdown report for all outgoing estimates.
- Assemble outgoing estimate to the homeowner, listing project details and estimate amounts.
- Uphold communication between showroom, office, installation managers, and homeowners.
- Schedule project progression with trade partners, customers, and office.
- Monitor job details, budget, change orders, and ensure all customer’s expectations are met throughout project.
- Maintain job site presence to check on progress, quality of workmanship, and complete final job site inspection with homeowners.

- Experience in estimating or project management.
- Proficient in Excel, email applications, & able to navigate online management and measurement software systems.
- Construction knowledge is preferred.
- Site management experience or BA in Business Management or Construction Management preferred but not required.
